So, how does getting a free iPad work?

Not long after the internet started, an advertising model knows as ‘Affiliate Marketing’ was created. It is basically companies that pay websites and promoters a commission for inviting new users to their products or services.

In the early 2000′s, a company called Freepay (previously known as Gratis Internet) came up with a business model using affiliate marketing as ‘offers’ that users creating an account on their website could complete which would earn them a commission. Since then, FreebieJeebies have implemented the exact same system worldwide. Here’s how it works in a bit more detail…

FreebieJeebies are known as Affiliate Marketers. Large , reputable companies such as LoveFilm, Halifax, Orange, BT and many more advertise their services on FreebieJeebies’ website. These become the ‘offers’. FreebieJeebies are paid around £25 every time somebody completes one of these offers.

Obviously, £25 isn’t a great deal of money and certainly isn’t enough to buy an iPad and give it to someone for free. This is why you need to refer friends that also complete their offer. Each friend you invite that completes their offer earns another £25 that accounts to the cost of your free iPad.

Their are several models of iPad currently and range in the amount of referrals needed. The more expensive the model, the more referrals needed.

For example, the new iPad 16GB with WiFi costs £399 from Apple or 20 referrals from FreebieJeebies. When you complete your offer, FreebieJeebies earn £25. They also earn 20 lots of £25 from your 25 referrals. So that is 21 payments.

21 x £25 = £525.    FreebieJeebies then purchase your iPad and profit £126. They send you the iPad and use some of their profit to ship it to you. Wherever you are in the world!
